Orders and Returns
Delivery
Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. It is possible products are not in stock and delivery is extended. In such cases you will be notified as soon as possible. The listed prices are excluding shipping cost. The shipping costs depend on the size and destination of the order. Delivery is performed by PostNL, you will receive a track and trace code as soon as your order is shipped. With this code, you can follow your order and receive updates on delivery times.
Delivery to the Netherlands
Shipping costs for delivery within the Netherlands are as follows:
- €4.25 for orders that fit a letterbox package
- €6.95 for orders that do not fit a letterbox package
- Free shipping for orders with a total amount over €100
Delivery to Belgium / Germany / EUR1 Countries
For orders to Belgium and Germany the shipping costs are different. For countries in the EUR1 zone the following shipping costs apply:
- €5.90 for orders up to 100g that fit in a letterbox package
- €9.40 for orders up to 500g that fit in a letterbox package
- €10.00 for orders up to 2kg that fit in a letterbox package
- €19.50 for orders up to 2kg that do not fit in a letterbox package
Delivery to United Kingdom / Switzerland / EUR2 Countries
- €7.70 for orders up to 100g that fit in a letterbox package
- €10.60 for orders up to 500g that fit in a letterbox package
- €12.40 for orders up to 2kg that fit in a letterbox package
- €26.00 for orders up to 2kg that do not fit in a letterbox package
Delivery to United State / Australia / Rest of the World
- €12,00 for orders up to 100g that fit in a letterbox package
- €14.00 for orders up to 500g that fit in a letterbox package
- €21.00 for orders up to 2kg that fit in a letterbox package
- €32.00 for orders up to 2kg that do not fit in a letterbox package
Returns
It is possible you would like to return an order. Maybe because you do not like the product, or maybe there is a different reason why you do not want to keep the product. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order without stating reasons within 14 days after you received the order. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the order. You will then be credited with the complete order amount including shipping cost. Only the cost for sending the return shipment from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs can be around 7,25 per package, check the exact rates on the website of your carrier. In case you exercise your right of cancellation, the product should be returned to us including all accessories and – if reasonbly possible – in original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us. We will refund the order amount within 14 days after your application if the product was received in good order. In case there is more damage of the product or packaging than needed to try the product, we may pass on the depreciation of the product to you. Thus, treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning.
Product exchange
Would you like to exchange your product? No problem. You can contact us. However, you will bear the costs for returning the product yourself.

Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try and change the order for you.
